What you can expect
Upon graduating from Singapore Management University, Chef Russell spent some time in the IT sector. Despite exceling at this, he found himself restless and lacking in purpose. Having been an avid foodie since his youth, he headed over to Japan to pursue a course at the Tokyo Sushi Academy. There, he found his calling in the world of Japanese Food – particularly in Sushi the sub-cuisine, where he feels that every piece he moulds and puts out is a representation of him, and his experiences over the years.
